How To Ride
How to Ride - It's as easy as One, Two, Three
1. Schedule a Ride
Call us at 1- 775-426-8297 or 775-217-8848 and tell us the date, time and where you want to go. We recommend you call at least 24 hours in advance.
Please have the following ready before you call.
- Your name
- Day and date of ride
- Pick up stop closest to your address and phone number
- Destination closest to a designated bus stop and phone number
- Preferred pick up time
- Any mobility devices you use and if a personal care attendant will be with you.
If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as you can. If you do not cancel, you may be considered a no-show, 3 no shows results in a 30 day suspension
There are no fees for rides with the Tribal Transit
2. Get on the Bus
Please be ready at least 10 minutes before your scheduled ride. We may arrive as much as 10 minutes before or 10 minutes after the requested pick-up time.
3. Ride Safely
Passengers must remain seated with seat belt secured. If you use a wheelchair or scooter, or other mobility device, our drivers will make sure you are secure.
